A couple of my edamame have discolored leaves. Are they diseased? Is it a nutrient deficiency/imbalance? Should I try to save them or just pull those plants out?

They are in potting soil with some pea and bean booster added when I planted the seeds. There is a bean in the pot, too ... one of the soybeans didn't come up, so I planted a bean in its stead, but the rest of them are all the same edamame. Only the two in the "front" show discoloration. For orientation, the discolored ones are to the south, but there's a house on the south and west, so the pot gets mostly eastern sun.
