Contractor Deck Railing have a stair rail?

I notice that this item has a lot of panel options but does not discuss whether their is a stair specific option. They even sell specialized clamps for the stair portion. Does this mean that the standard 6' or 8' section can also be used in the stair portion? If that is the case do the bars appear at a 45 degree angle or will they adjust to be perpendicular to the ground?

    Use the above brackets with our standard railing kits to create a stair rail. Pickets will get cut to the angle of the stair so they are vertical 90 degrees up and down in the railing infill. In the instructions with the railing kit we explain how to preform this build. Hope that helps - Steve (click the link for our instructions --> Instructions)
