Hi cats, yes, you can collect lupine seeds and start plants easily. You can plant them in place outside as they dry out or store them. If you store them, the seeds can be planted inside in the late Winter next year. Bear in mind if you plant inside, be prepared to give them light after germination, that's a set up you may not have at this stage. If you plant outside now or later, place them carefully where you'd like them permanently. They don't like to be transplanted due their taproot style. Lupines are a great plant and seed to grow for a new gardener. Have fun!
