Gold Hardware or Satin Nickel? on white Kitchen

Hi all! I am building my home and will have an all white kitchen. Countertops will be quartz nouveau calacatta https://www.arizonatile.com/en/gallery/browse-by-material/quartz/nouveau-calacatta

Now my dilemma is, should I go with satin nickel handles or gold hardware? I love the gold! I am just wondering if it will soon look dated??? Any thoughts? The countertop I selected is the same as the one in the picture with gold hardware.
