Orange Jubilee Scorch?

Hi just curious what is going on here with my orange jubilee. It started to turn this way right around the time Phoenix was almost hitting 120. I have 5 jubilees positioned the same way but this is the only one that looks like this. I do have issues with the caterpillars every year but I've been treating that and this damage is different than how that damage normally looks.

It might not be the case with these plants, but I've noticed some of my plants will do this when I've fertilized them too late in the year. New growth tends to scorch a little easier. Is it in a hotter spot than the others?

No they are all pretty much in the same situation, up against an iron view fence, exposed to the elements 360 degrees.

Could be due to heat being reflected off the brick.
