Help with this doorbell!

We finally got the doorbell on our stucco home but it's not quite tight yet. We had to buy more screws because the ones the doorbell came with are too short. Also, after installing, we have to hold down the button for the doorbell to chime...? We should be able to press the button and release it. Can someone help me figure out why we have to hold the button to hear the doorbell ring?

I have a doorbell system that has a plethora of songs that can be chosen... It's not your typical doorbell sound. The side doorbell that we got works just fine and that one is the starfish. The sunflower, we're having issues with the button.

Would you please send me a new button?

We are pressing it in but once we release it, the sound of the doorbell goes off. You have to hold the button down in order for it to ring.

I will ship you a lighted button, however a non-lighted button may be purchased from our website if after speaking to your local professional electrician you find it may be required. Please supply your order number with Amazon, full name and shipment address as I do not have an order in your name to reference.

How can I email you my order number and address without it being seen by the rest of the world on this chat?

Also, the button on the starfish, needs some kinking too. Would you mind sending me a button for each of them, please?

It sticks but works, I don't want it to stick.

I really love these and to this day, we're trying to get them work. Also, any ideas on how to make them stay down on stucco? Our home is stucco and that's what they're going against. Thank you, for everything!
