I have three fruit trees in very large containers ( wine barrel liners) that need watering every three days, so I'm not sure how much this will help. I have the timer I linked on your other thread, a hose attached, and at the other end, a soaker hoses that connects at the ends to form a circle.

Right now I put it on "auto" for ten minutes, moving the soaker hose to each barrel. If I wanted to use my time and money wisely, I'd buy two more, so I only had to move the main hose, and not the soaker hoses.

If I was willing to spend thirty minutes once, and save thirty minutes a week, I use the compression T connecters I bought to connect a piece of 1/2 inch poly tubing, add distribution tubing and an adjustable circle spray emitter near the trunk of each, and set the timer to go off for 10 minutes every morning in at 6AM.

In addition to the timer you will need

About 8 feet of 1/2 inch tubing

About 8 feet of Distribution tubing

Four Adjustible emitters

Three ? Universal T's

The article doesn't make it clear what is needed besides the kit. For example the kit they link to recommends a faucet filter and a pressure regulator, whereas the article doesn't mention the former.

I noticed the mention of a pressure regulator. I don't use a pressure regulator on my faucet set up.
