This is S. parva.

I grow parva and it has horizontal stripes and this one has vertical stripes.

I was looking at the tip of the leaf and wondering how thick a leaf it is? Could this be related to Morgenstern? Hum..........

Just out of curiosity, what was the name on Smoley's tag? It is an interesting sans, the fold down the middle of the leaf reminds me of roxburghiana, as does the banding on top surface of leaves. I count 11 leaves on the plant in top pic. I'm not home at the moment, I'll check my sources and post later.
