My mother in law lived with us for a few months last fall/winter before she passed away in March. We have a lot of her things and we bought a huge reclining sofa for her comfort while she was here. The living room has mostly her furniture that we aren't parting with. The artwork was hung by my husband and will be changing. The knick knacks in the curios will be pared down. We are placing two chairs by the window and they are currently being reupholstered. I've included pics of the chairs and fabric. The living room opens into a sunken den. Two wingbacks are going in there (they are also being reupholstered). Our color scheme is orange, teal/aqua, and huge brown sofas. I like color, my husband loves brown. I need two rugs, one for each room, that don't cost a fortune and can handle wear and tear (because we have 2 cats and 2 dogs). Thanks!!!! If a wall color comes to you, share that as well!
