They are called Primary Poufs, made by Quinze & Milan, available at DWR and at various online retailers I believe.

Did you use the same color stain on the floors throughout the house where concrete was used? Maybe just the photo but the entryway flooring looks more grey and the kitchen floor appears to have more brown in it.. also, did you grind down to expose aggregate or just the "cream"? Thanks in advance!

It's the same color throughout, just the way light hits the floor / photography makes it look different. The finish is steel trowel, no aggregate visible.
