My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Looking for perennial seed of any kind or cuttings from edible shrub/trees for postage. Just moved to a new property with a blank canvas of a yard. Starting a small orchard next spring but I would love to get a head start on some pollinater plants to accompany. Open to suggestions. I'm in zone 5 but my greenhouse allows for small zone 7 plants. Thanks in advance
