Hire a stone mason, not a tiler.

Ahem...whatever you do, keep the TV as low as possible for viewing comfort.

You will need a carpenter to build a structure, at proper depth and any fireproofing you need, sizing for fireplace and TV mount above with proper distance for safety, stone mason for stone work. So get some bids and input on the exact fireplace you want and the work required to enclose it properly. If you have a shop nearby that specializes in fireplaces, get them to come out. They will either have crews that can do your install or give you references. Good luck!
