Hi, I'm desperately in need of some help! We're building a house and in our kitchen we have a window splash back that currently looks out to an ugly fence which we want to line with lush plants to cover it but unfortunately it's the southern side of the house and is in deep shade. Ideally we'd like a hedge or something that's easy to maintain and gets quite high but finding anything to grow in shade has been so tough! I've had someone recommend a ficus pumila but I'm worried about the maintenance of a creeper. If you have any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
