It looks like a combination of classic white 3 x 6 subway tile, with "Heather Gray" 3 x 6 tile on the focal wall, with a gloss black liner. All are available through Subway Ceramics (subwaytile.com).

And by the way, it's a great bathroom.

The Suprema series is a beautifully hand made tile. Sadly, the actual color of the tile is a lot milkier and lighter grey than shown. Heather grey from subway ceramics in-hand was close, but not quite perfect in color for us.
We discovered FireClay, Debris Series in cyclone grey and it is a perfect match! They have a wide variety of color and shades.

any ideas how much $ a sq ft the heather grey tile is?
Ahhh... I researched this such a long time ago. I believe it was in the $16-20+ per sq foot range. Best to call subway ceramics and ask. They are pretty responsive. We went with FireClay as they seemed to have more color selection with their debris line.

The tile is any where between $12-16/sq' depending on the the size and shape of the tile.

For the long black title, how did you decide where to place it in the design?

We wanted the accent line to continue under the mirror without having to place the mirror to high to accommodate this.
