Need kitchen wall color to tone down yellow cabinets.

We painted our kitchen cabinets and they turned out to be a little more yellow than I would've liked. Now that the countertops and sink are in I am ready to paint the walls but I am going crazy trying to find a color that won't make my cabinets look even more yellow than they already are. Should I go with a neutral white or gray? Any help would be most appreciated.

- 12 years agoI would go with something subtle and in blue ...blue is the complimentry colour to yellow....and I would go for a cornflower blue...this will look great ...easy on the eye...not too dark or bright... hope this helps
