Hi I have a number of snake plants and they are all doing fine except I noticed a random yellow leaf on my black and gold plant a couple of days ago. I am almost positive it is not overwatering. I water all my plants the same on a 2 to 3 week cycle. I thought maybe it needed more light. I kind of assumed when I got it was similar to my all green one and could sit farther away from the window and would be fine.

Therefore I did move it closer to the window but it hasn't seem to make much of difference. Should I cut the leaf or give it more time to turn around? Also there is a tear in the leaf that you can't see in the photo but I wound not think that would cause it to yellow.
