Planning a french door. Question is about which exterior trim to choose. Pella Architect Series French Door. Exterior of home will be 8" lap siding with white wood trim around windows and doors. I'm assuming the standard aluminum clad door has a very small trim that the white wood trim will be placed against....or should I order the 3 1/2" trim and leave off the white trim? Or do both --white wood around the flat aluminum casing. the color of the door/trim will be iron ore..a nice dark grey.
