Is that the stuff that smells really.sweet? If so I saw it growing wild around the walking paths near my house in Parker. Didn't seem to self seed prolifically so I'd keep it. To me the only difference between weed and wildflower is if it's growing invasively in a spot you don't want it....

That is pretty! If it grows with so little water like the wildflowers it is a keeper. Only if it spread invasively or had nasty thorns would I consider it a weed.

If so, it is on the noxious weeds "watch list" for Colorado - not a threat currently, but has the potential to become a threat.

Maybe because the stuff growing near our house in Parker smelled so good the flowers were picked often.....could be why it didn't spread much I guess, but I certainly wouldn't call what I saw invasive. After realizing how nice it smelled I actively looked for it when out walking the dogs and never found much.

Lizbest, It really is pretty. I haven't checked out the fragrance yet. Since we have the field cut several times a year, I hope we can keep it in check while enjoying patches of it.
