Get the rug large enough to slip under the front 1/3 of the sofas and extend past the ends by a foot or more. Put TV on the wall between the two windows."L" the sofas with one on the big wall and the other floating perpendicular to the first sofa and TV. For company you might put a pair of chairs opposite so your seating forms a "U" in front of TV. Rethink the curtains. Yours are too short and not hung high enough. Tab tops really bug me, so try another style.

What are the room's measurements? Is there a solid wall opposite the windows or is it open to the kitchen or an island/bar? You might take a picture while standing between the windows. I think all we've seen are two walls and the TV cabinet in the corner, so what do the other walls look like and where are the doors? I'll draw you a floor plan if you can give me a little more info.
