Does this product click tight all the way around?

The description says water tight. Doe the product click in tight on all four sides or just the longer edges? Thank you!

    Just installed this in our home ... it does 'click' on all 4 sides, with the exception of course, of where it ends against a wall. It is a tongue and groove type mechanism, for lack of a better way to describe it.
