Overall it doesn't look too bad. The spots are probably insect related or from rust. The good news is it appears on the older leaves and not as much on the new leaves. Its likely the neem oil is doing its job.

I am wondering if the leaves have a little bit of burn from the neem oil and full sun. Generally speaking I try to apply it to the bottom sides of the leaves in the evening hours about once a week when it is needed. You can always increase the watering the day before and day after application of neem.

Also there could be alot of radiant heat coming off the tabby walls. Considering your geographic location I would increase watering during high summer to every other day (including rain).

Thanks for the advice! I confess I haven't watered religiously before and after the neem application. Yeah the summer heat is a tad oppressive right now lol. I definitely use the neem in the evening as I would never wake up early enough;)

Try more watering and then see how it looks. then from there you could evaluate if you want to use a low dosage of slow release granular fertilizer in addition to your current liquid feed.

Most people claim good results with your fertilizer. And they should considering the unit cost of $60/gallon.
