Sink installation

I'm replacing a vanity that had the sink installed to the left. If I order this vanity without the top. Can I also have the sink to the left? Or will the drawers prohibit that type of installation?

    The drawers would not allow sink placement on the left.

    would it be possible to modify the top drawer and the interior wall supporting it, so that a countertop with a sink installed on the left could work?

    also, how long do you think delivery to the Washington DC area could be expected to take?
