I think you'll be OK with watering. Most of us have tap watter around a ph of 8 and that is enough to counteract the mixtures acidity. Call your water department for its true PH.

Is the number 2 behind your name is your growing zone. If so, I am curious on how far east or west you need to travel to cross a time zone. I have to travel close to 850 miles in my 6b growing zone. Do yo live far enough north that you could walk due west and keep the sun due south of you.

I believe I have read on one of Talpa's posts that waiting 1 or 2 days is OK. I have used the mix without waiting with no noticeable adverse consequences.

I have never waited and my trees are all perfectly happy.

Im in Canadian zone 7b which is equivalent to usda 6b. I cant imagine living in zone 2. Crazy cold.

Charles I am glad to hear that. There is one person on these forums from zone 2. I did some calculations and found out that if you can walk 24 miles in one full day you will need to be 7.64 miles from the earths rotational pole.
