What do you think about the colorful artwork above the fireplace?
What color frame would be best suited for this painitng? (Gold to match frame on wall in adjacent dining space; OR silver to "break things up', that is, to balance out the gold in room)?

PRO9 years agolast modified: 9 years agoArt is in the “eye of the beholder”, so that piece is a no-go for me. I see nothing which corresponds to anything in your room.
Your rug…like it a lot and it controls the scheme..
Again, this is what I would choose, with some of the wall color in it and a black frame to balance with the fireplace. Add throw pillows...But, you and I are so far apart…nothing wrong with that…makes the world go ‘round.
