Eastern redbud placement assistance please?

I was gifted an eastern red bud single trunk tree for my birthday. Everything I read about the size varies from one source to the next. I'm also unable to find any photos of mature trees that are max in size. I have a small suburban lot and landscape for pollinators. My question is how large will this tree grow? Will my friends and family be able to walk under it? Will it cast deep shade? Does it work as a privacy screen? I have a six foot cedar fence that I recently planted (2015) a bed near and I wouldn't want to do anything to disrupt this bed. I'm thinking about putting the tree back there to conceal my neighbors two story home behind me. However if it will affect the way we use the backyard I'll probably just Center it on the terrace in front. I could put it closer to my deck but I hope to plant a kitchen garden there and fear it would shade it out. If I place the big eastern redbud at my back fence then I'm thinking of placing a smaller rising sun redbud closer to my deck.

Any advice on these two trees please? I don't want any trees that are larger. All of my neighbors have HUGE trees in their yards and it's too much shade for me. I need to feel the sun and so do my gardens. Thank you in advance for the help! Oh! I'm in Madison WI area zone 5. :)
