Looks like it is a bit too far gone. Also sounds like the ebay seller did not pack it well. It should not have wilted like that. As a last ditch effort cut the leaves and leave bit of the petiole attached to the main stem. Water it well and cover it with plastic with a few holes in it. Leave it in a bright location but not in direct sunlight.

Thank you for the info. It was not packaged very well it had been ripped out of its pot during transit. I will try the bag thing but I figured it prolly would not make it. Sad but that's what happens when you look for the cheapest price lesson learned
