Save for the green ones those others look completely dead. I live in the high desert, and when you newly plant one of these you really need to water it daily, if not even twice a day this time of year, until it's well established (maybe in a year or so). Some have still managed to hang on I see. Be sure when watering them you never get the crowns wet (just water around the base)... these rot super easy with the crowns get wet (at least from tap water... rain water seems fine).

When I first planted them about a year ago I was watering very often but have backed off to once a week.
