Lemon boy tomatoes top turning brown

My Lemon Boy tomato plants were doing great until about a week ago. I did end up getting late blite due to a rainy week, but the real prob is the tops of my tomatoes that are ripening are turning brown. It's spotty brown patches that are only in the late ripening tomatoes. Anyone know what it is? Thanks
