I have two junipers infecting my apple tree with CAR --cycling back and forth. Apart from getting rid of the Junipers, can I spray them in Fall and or Spring with something? There's a chem ban here so only lime sulphur and garden sulphur is available. I don't see the galls now in late summer -- are they still there in dormant form for me to spot and cut out?
