Another exterior paint question. We are pretty decided that we are using Puritan gray on the siding, and trim is cotton balls. As you see, we have some pretty woodwork on the exterior of our house and would love to use an accent color to highlight this. Don't want it to contrast too much with the gray. I tried duxbury gray but too much contrast. Then tried Puritan gray at 125% (BM paint guy said can't too more intensity than that) and that is what you see on the second picture. Can hardly tell the different. Any advice for a complementary gray that is slightly darker than the house color but goes well with it and isn't too intense? We are adding black shutters, keeping the doors as is and replacing the lights to more modern black ones. Also, any ideas on how to handle the color of the molding over the front door? Would love some help! Thank you!!
