Probably septoria, possibly bacterial speck. Prune off diseased foliage regularly, bag it, and throw it away. Do not compost or leave in the garden. Spray weekly with a fungicide to help slow down progress of the disease. You can't cure it, so it's about trying to keep the plants healthy enough until frost to keep producing tomatoes.

Suggest you become friendly with the Master Gardeners at your county's Extension Service office.

Thank you both for the suggestions. I had to work overtime this week and finally have a day off. I have been clipping the plants today. Regarding the Septoria, I picked up some Daconil today. Also upon further inspection, I found on a few other plants what appears to be Early Blight. It has the bullseye pattern. I have also found a new pest that I have never seen. Tiny and green with many legs and black, gooey substance on top of their bodies. They crawl around fairly quickly for a tiny insect. I have had horn worms, spotted cucumber beetles, and cut worms but this is a new one. They are on the top side of leaves, and the leaves have holes in them. Well...back to work on the garden as the war continues.

It's quite possible to have both septoria and EB at the same time. It's actually pretty common.

The bugs you describe sound like the nymphs of three-lined potato beetles. They carry their own poop on their backs as a defense When you see them on the leaves, pick them off and dispose of them in a tub of water with a little soap in it. They'll drown and die. You don't want them to become adults and continue breeding.

I think I will stop raising tomatoe and start raising diseases. It just seems easier. Plus poop toting bugs are cool.
