I suspect no one has anything concrete to say about it. It certainly does not appear to be Venetian....more probably Indian or a middle eastern country.

If you look for "brass ewer" in Google images you will see a lot of these flat-sided long-necked pitchers.

With no marks, it's hard to ID these things. The high-profile cast decoration is usually on older pieces. Post WWII ones usually are engraved onto flat surfaces.
