My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    @designmadre I just heard back from the contractor and he said "European wide plank white oak with a couple coats of oil" he also said it was "*engineered (thin layer of wood over plywood)". I've asked if there was a particular vendor he got it from, I'll keep you posted!
