Yes, I do run the A/C. I can't take the heat. It does make those cut flowers last longer, that's for sure too. I only have one Bolero bush. These all came from that one bush. I love that rose! The scent is great, too. Lisa

Mine seems to thrive in the heat, and it receives absolutely no shade at all. Mine was bought locally and grafted, so it was a blooming machine from the start. It stays nice and compact here, too. It's often hard for me to find a rose that doesn't grow huge, in my year-round growing climate. I was really late pruning Bolero this year. By the time I pruned Bolero, it was nearly June. That's 5-6 months late for my climate. I cut it way down, to about 8 inches. It performed perfectly, blooming just before pruning and about 6ish weeks after. It did look a bit silly during that first flush, covered in big blooms on a tiny bush. Someone said their Bolero didn't do well, in their cool summers, so its a heat lover. Lisa

I am still so in love with your Bolero. I am going to order two next year. And then whatever that mystery thing is in that pot I will for sure have 2 Boleros.

Thanks for the pictures. Bolero is a lovely rose, with an delightful fragrance; Should be more popular. I lost mine, however very eager to try another.
