Newbie wants to save this cutie!

I got about 8 air plants from a fellow that's moving out of the country. I'm an avid gardener and I've grown bromeliads (currently and in the past) but never air plants. I've always wanted to so I jumped on the opportunity.

I have no idea what to do with the one in the picture. To me, it looks like it's dying. The previous caretaker also thought that the plant was in trouble. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. If more pictures from different angles are needed please let me know and I will post.

This plant looks dead, I doubt it can be revived. Probably too much sun/heat.

Put it outside in the shade and water regularly. If its alive,it will show something soon.

How regularly should I water? Day temp. are 70 to 75, night around 60 and humidity high 60 to low 80 %

I'd wet it (spray or quick dunk in water), then let it dry, repeat. I suspect your high humidity will help if the plant is alive enough to sense and use it. We've been quite humid in my area lately, but fortunately also rather cool so humans can enjoy it and plants can, too.
