Hi Tina, can you please check if at your device settings, the houzz app has permission to access your photos?

Yes I just checked and I do have access. I used to be able to use this feature but now when I select View in my room there is a drop down arrow to select my pictures from various albums but nothing happens when I select the drop down so therefore will not bring up the various albums I have stored.

Yes Tina! Another change! If you want to use this feature to do photo shop it is a bit more complicated now! First take a screen shot of the room. You can shop for items and they will go in a recently viewed file automatically.

Now go to sketch. It's in the top right hand corner on the first page when you open Houzz. Tap that. Now tap go to my library. Pick your photo. It will appear with icons on the left. Hit the chair. All you items from shop will appear on the top. Pick one. You can adjust it . Hit outside the green box to get rid of it. If you want to add another item you have to hit the icon again , something else comes up just press cancel and then do the chair again. When I'm done I usually screen shot it. You can also go to shop from this screen . Just practice! They have made this so much harder!!!

I'm on my I phone so the process may be different! But it's the app too so I hope this helps!

It worked. Thanks so much lynartist for your help. I preferred the other way because you can go to photos that you had already saved and can go back and forth between different rooms depending on items you are looking at.

Yes, the other way was sooo much easier! I did complain about it way back and they said they were working on it!!! Ha ha!
