What is TRUE life of pebbletec or pebblesheen? Not the 20 years they claim, but the color it has stayed, IYE. Ours is quite faded after 4 years. I live a n Houston, does sun and high chlorine contribute to fading? My original contractor was a thief, next contractor was good but out of biz now. It is possible that we paid for pebble something and got traditional.

i have no legal recourse nor am I'm pursuing that avenue but I want my beautiful dark (not darker) blue back. Can it be redone, repainted? What the next step?
