Bryant Evolution - Runs like a river!

For many years now... When the A/C is set to lower-temperatures... Pints
of water leak onto the floor. Most noticeable at night when the
temperature drops into the 50’s.

FYI: I have a service-contract from local company that specializes in Carrier/Bryant.
Note: Drains are always free and clear.

Freeze-sensor: Incompatible with the Evolution-system
Low-ambient fan pressure switch / Cut-out 200psi - Cut-in 365psi: No help

Current: The consensus is that the coils are freezing, which builds-up
ice. Then when the ice melts, the ice build-up extends outside the
drip-pan. Result is water overflow onto the floor.

What other information would be helpful to solve my problem?
