And what are these tiny black eggs

First I would almost think snails or some sort of eggs? Second looks like aphids

I went back to the tree to just snip off foliage so I could take better pics and when I went back eggs and little black eggs were gone. Maybe some beneficials ate them.

It looks like you need to pay more attention to the tree. It did not get in that bad of shape over night.
