Are these new lime leaves ok?

This lime (Tahitian, I think) is finally putting on a burst of leaves, after nearly a year of doing almost nothing. It had spider mites then over-fertilising then over-watering then winter.

It's almost spring here, it gets full day sun, is watered with roof collected rainwater which has included a small amount of Foliage FP and Protekt the last 3 times, since it has shown growth. It's still in its original soil which is finer than it looks (it just keeps washing down leaving the bark bits on top).

Any opinions on these new leaves and tips as to what's best to do next would be much appreciated. I'd also like to repot it sometime - when would be best to do that?

Thanks
