Does the height include the legs for the vanity?

It lists the height of the vanity as 32.75 which is kind of short. So was wondering if it included the chrome legs. It does not give the dimensions of the legs anywhere. Thank you

    The height with legs is 32.8. The height without leg is 27.6".
