My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Another rescue by DIFY

Tall Girl. This ol’ girl used to hold records, we think. It’s pretty darn old. And she sure took a lot of work to make purty! But here she is, in all her glory, standing tall. We think she’d be nice in a bathroom perhaps, or maybe even a kitchen or dining room, to hold some linens. $285.

I do agree with you blondana that painting over fine crafted wood antiques is usually not a good idea. However painting over cheap wood reproductions can give gorgeous results

      Very pretty. May predate records.

Any manufacturer's label on the piece? You may be underpricing your find.

There were no labels on it, the whole back was missing. What do you suppose it was for? It had 3 very thin sliding shelves when we found it. Two shelves were damaged so we removed them.

I have an old oak one but not as fancy. I use it for my piano sheet music and any bills I want to keep hidden. I can think of all kinds of ideas a buyer could use it for, and it is such a beautiful piece. You did a beautiful job.

If i see anyone else strip an antique and paint it white I will SCREAM.
