My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Annuals and Other Stuff

Last year we did the landscape work and this year we added all the containers and bed annuals for some seasonal interest. Big Rose Begonia, Variegated Algerian Ivy and your basic Dusty Miller in the Containers along with a bit of bamboo.
