You will have to monitor this rose and tell us if it is a rebloomer! No way to know from the picture. And I would say id is impossible from one far away picture of this open bloom. With focused pictures at different stages, from different angles, it will still be hard. If you have your heart set on it, count the petals (they may vary season to season), get a good description of the scent if any, good description of foliage and thorns plus pictures of those, and any history from previous owners.

Since you are in a really cold winter zone (3b) and this rose is overwintering (?) it will narrow the possibilities. Is that your trellis or did the previous owners have it there? More information needed :-))

It does look very much like Harrison Yellow rose of which I have. If it is, it is a shrub and will get quite large. It blooms once in late spring with no fragrance. If it is you would only prune out the dead canes in the spring. I live in Zone 4. It is possible they may have pruned the rose to grow on a trellis?! I will try to find a photo of mine so you could compare the blossoms and foliage.
