Double Hibiscus ?

Hi all :) I have this beautiful plant and it's in full bloom now :) I had some queries regarding whether I should add some DAP in the soil for more blooms or let it be as it is. Also can someone tell me the type of hibiscus that it is so that I can learn more about it. Thanks :)
