My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

how is the room oriented?

I love these rooms that are elongated and surrounded on three sides by windows! How deliberate is the orientation to the sun's path?

Thank you for the lovely compliment. This "front" of the home faces south and the back yard is north. This home is located on an urban lot and the living room layout was designed to maximize the connection between the home and the backyard. We always look at sun patterns and try to bring in as much natural light as possible while also considering the views and privacy of a space.

Love this space. It's large without feeling vast!
