My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Not exactly sure where the client bought them. I could contact them and ask where they purchased them the house is in calvert county Maryland it was probably a local purchase.

Gorgeous! We've been looking at a home in Ormond Beach FL that is very similar to this home.. Seeing this with the carpets and the white sofas really brings out the "wow" factor in this home!

    Montauk sofas. Very nice.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but they look exactly like the Ektorp sofa, chair and ottoman from Ikea. They are VERY comfortable. And so durable!

Ekthorp doesn't have pleats in the skirt between cushions. Looks to me like Harborside from Crate and Barrel.
