If you mean can you eat the fruit without harm, yes. Nothing in the stink bug damage is harmful to humans. The splotchy bits tend to be corky and unpleasant in texture, though, so you may want to cut out those areas.

I would advise against canning the fruit. Pest and disease damage can affect pH, which makes canning more risky.

Stink bugs are chewing on mine too! I just trim off the spots and eat the rest.
