I was blown away when I saw this one walking down the street in Southport, NC. Even larger than it appears in the pics, and full and green all the way around. 2 blocks from the Cape Fear River waterfront, very high humidity area in the high 80s/90s all summer, sunlight filtered through large old trees. For reference that's a large porch with a higher than usual ceiling.

My only concern is that it might pull down a piece of that 19th century railing! Wonder how much it weighs, and the size it started the season at? I think it could have well been a basic Home Depot size fern, neighbors' have tripled/quadrupled in size over the summer in Charlotte.
