Seeking help identifying disease on lemon fruit

Hello all,

This is my first post to this forum.

I am hoping you can help me identify what looks like disease on my lemon fruit. We have had tenants in our home for the last three years, and have recently moved back in. I don't remember the lemons having this problem before.

Some fruit have small small red spots, and others have raised lines on them like scars. Some other fruit look normal. I'm not sure if I should be cooking with the 'normal' fruit.

Any help you could provide would be very much appreciated.

If it helps, we live in Canberra, Australia, which has cold winters and hot summers.
